A helmet sold as a set usually arrives with goggles, a mask or gloves alongside it.
That is genuinely convenient for anyone starting from nothing — and it makes one price cover several items, which makes comparing the helmet itself against another helmet harder than it looks.

In Europe that is ECE 22.06 on current approvals, and it is printed on a label sewn to the retention strap. It names the standard, the approval number and the country that granted it.
A listing is not a marking. Whatever a set contains and whatever its description claims, the strap label is the document, and it is worth reading before the helmet is worn rather than after.
Fit. A helmet that is loose rotates and a helmet that presses gives you a headache by the second hour. Shell shape varies between makers more than size labels suggest, and no size chart resolves it.
